Returns & Exchanges

We follow a no refund policy.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@barostudio.com
with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging


After our initial review, you may be asked to send the item back for final verification. Once the item is received and verified, you can choose between:

  • An exchange for the same value, or
  • Store credit equal to the value of your original purchase.


Requests made beyond 48 hours after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and typically delivered within 10–14 working days.

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details.

Payment Process

At this time, we only accept direct bank transfers. After placing your order, please transfer the full amount to the provided bank details and email your payment receipt to info@barostudio.com
for confirmation.

Your order will be processed only after the payment has been verified.

Damaged or Defective Items

Each case of damaged or defective items will be reviewed individually. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for verification.

Approved cases will be resolved through exchange or store credit, as outlined above.
